Before Your Session: Energetic Clarity
To honor the sacredness of your healing journey, I gently encourage you to abstain from alcohol or recreational substances for at least 48–72 hours before your session. These substances can cloud the energy field, making it harder for your body and spirit to fully receive and integrate the healing energy.
Come as you are, with intention and readiness to receive. Your willingness is already a beautiful beginning.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing. Eat lightly beforehand. Drink water. If you have an intention — something you'd like to release, a part of yourself you'd like to support — hold it gently as you come.
During Your Session: A Sacred Space
We begin with a brief, warm conversation — a check-in about what's present for you and an opportunity to set your intention. You'll lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table. I place my hands gently on or just above different areas of your body, working through your energy field.
Every Reiki experience is unique, just like you. Some feel a warm glow, others feel waves of energy, emotions rising, or a peaceful stillness that hasn't been felt in years. Some people cry. Some smile. Some simply sleep. And that's the beauty — Reiki flows to the parts of you that are ready, without effort or control. Essential oils are offered to help boost immunity, decrease anxiety, and activate healing. If you have sensitivities, please let me know.
After Your Session: Integration & Grace
Afterward, we'll sit in reflection. There's no right or wrong — only what was, what is, and what wants to be healed. Drink water. Rest. Listen. Reiki doesn't end when you leave — it continues to unfold, gently working through your body and spirit in the hours and days that follow. Be kind to yourself. Let the light continue its work.
